About us

We are a revenue-driven marketing company named after the only result that matters.

The Grow Revenue Company is a London-based, revenue-driven marketing company founded by Kunal Arora. For over eleven years we have grown revenue for businesses through whichever channel earns it best: paid ads, social media, content, lead generation, email marketing, funnels and now AI automation.

Clicks, followers and open rates can all rise while sales stay flat. So we report one number first: the revenue you made, and what changed it.

Why do we measure everything by revenue?

Because clicks, followers and open rates can all go up while sales stay flat. Every engagement starts with a baseline of your revenue and the numbers that drive it, and every report shows what changed. Our clients' results so far:

Who does the work?

A small senior team, on purpose. The people who plan your growth are the people who build and run it.

What is our track record?

Beyond the published case studies: 123 projects delivered, 8,700+ hours of client work, 11+ years in marketing. Every project is scoped in writing and measured against the number agreed at the start.

Track record

The numbers behind the name

  • 123 projects delivered For businesses in the US, UK, Canada and Europe
  • 8700+ hours of client work Planning, building and running campaigns
  • 11+ years in marketing Across ads, email, outreach, funnels and automation
  • 6 published case studies Each with a baseline and a measured result

What does a revenue-driven marketing company do differently?

Most marketing suppliers are paid for activity: posts published, ads launched, emails sent. That makes their reports easy to fill and hard to judge. We work the other way round. Before anything is built, we write down where your revenue comes from today, what a customer costs you, and which step between first click and purchase loses the most people. Then we fix the biggest leak first, even when that is less exciting than a new campaign.

It also means we will tell you when a channel is not worth your money. A social account that grows followers but never sends a buyer to your site gets cut back, and the budget moves to whatever is earning. If you want the longer version, read our plain guide to what a marketing company does and how to judge one.

Who do we work with?

Businesses that already sell something people want and need more of the right buyers, faster. Our published case studies cover ecommerce, b2b services, creator platform, coaching, legal, marketing services. Most clients are in the US, UK, Canada and Europe, and we work in their time zones.

We are a good fit when you can share your real numbers and make decisions quickly. We are a poor fit when the goal is vanity reach with no link to sales, because we would end up reporting numbers neither of us believes in.

What do we work on?

  • Paid advertising: Google, Meta, YouTube and LinkedIn campaigns built around the cost of a customer, not the cost of a click, with landing pages and follow-up that turn the spend into revenue.
  • Social media marketing: Strategy, short-form video, posting and community for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube, connected to email so followers become subscribers and buyers.
  • Content creation: Short-form video, motion graphics, carousels, articles and email content produced every month from one plan, built to earn attention and lead to a sale.
  • Lead generation: Cold email, LinkedIn outreach, lead magnets and paid search working as one system, so your sales calendar fills with qualified buyers every week.
  • Cold email: Separate sending domains, mailboxes, authentication and warmup set up properly, then sequences written and launched that start real conversations.
  • Funnels and conversion: We measure drop-off at every step from first click to purchase, then rebuild the pages, forms, follow-up and automation that leak revenue.
  • Email marketing: Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back flows plus campaigns in Klaviyo, HubSpot or ActiveCampaign, measured by the revenue they bring in.
  • AI automation: AI agents and workflows in n8n, Make and Zapier that research leads, sort replies, publish content, update the CRM and report, with a person approving what goes out.
  • Email deliverability: If your email lands in spam, every other channel loses money. We test SPF, DKIM, DMARC, blacklists and reputation, fix what fails and re-test inbox placement.

How do we work?

Every engagement follows the same four steps, whether it is a single funnel audit or a full marketing program.

Process

Four steps from baseline to growth

  1. Week 1 Diagnose

We read your analytics, ad accounts, email platform and CRM, and write down the baseline: revenue, cost per lead, cost per customer.

  2. Plan

Every possible fix and channel is ranked by expected revenue and effort. You get the plan in writing, with what we will stop doing.

  3. Launch

We build and run the campaigns, pages, flows and automations. Anything public goes out with your approval.

  4. Grow

Weekly numbers against the baseline. Budget moves to what earns, and what does not earn is cut.

How do we use AI?

We use AI where it makes the work faster without making it worse: researching prospects, drafting first versions, sorting replies, tagging leads and building reports. A person on our team reviews anything that reaches your customers. If you want to understand the difference between simple automation and AI agents, our guides on marketing automation and AI agents explain both in plain English.
